We're excited to provide you with an update on recent enhancements and upcoming features scheduled for release in January. Here's a breakdown of what has been completed and what you can look forward to:

Completed Enhancements:

Live View:

Merchants and Customer Service now have access to a powerful tool for tracking live orders in real time.
Features include ETAs and Lateness parameters for better order management.
Designed specifically for merchants, this tool allows for monitoring live orders on a map view and tracking driver positions effortlessly.

Force RTO after X number of attempts:

Monitor the number of delivery attempts for orders effortlessly.
Enable automated Return to Origin (RTO) action after a predefined threshold has been reached.
Simplify reporting by keeping track of the number of attempts.

Availability for Shipping Options:

Introduce an availability time window for shipping options.
Restrict merchants from choosing a shipping method if the cut-off time has been surpassed.
Enhance control and efficiency in managing shipping options.

Added Postal/Zip code to import file:

Improve geocoding accuracy by adding a postal/zip code field during the import process.
Specify the zip/postal code for more precise geo-coordinates.

Upcoming Releases in January:

Geofences

Introduce the ability to add geofencing for various actions such as check-in/check-out based on assigned locations.
Enhance control and automation for specific actions within defined geographical areas.

Allow drivers to assign orders to themselves:

Empower drivers with the ability to scan packages and assign pending orders to themselves.
Streamline the order pickup process by allowing drivers to mark orders as picked-up directly.

Allow driver to sequence stops via app

Provide drivers with manual control to sequence stops, allowing them to change the ordering of individual or multiple stops.
Enhance flexibility and efficiency for drivers on the field.

Planning Page Refactor

Introducing our enhanced planning page with a multitude of features, including the capability to run multiple plans, export data, and the incorporation of diverse constraints such as contiguity and waiting time costs—all presented through a completely revamped and intuitive user interface.
